1.2 Service Changes

All services, modules, timelines, and prices may be updated or discontinued anytime.
Only written confirmations count as final.

1.3 Third-Party Dependency

Our systems rely on platforms such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp API, OpenAI, YouTube, hosting providers, and CRMs.
We are not responsible for:

  • downtime

  • policy changes

  • bans/restrictions

  • API failures

  • integration issues

Clients take full responsibility for their accounts and platform behaviour.

1.4 AI & Automation Behaviour

AI behaves like an evolving engine.
We do not guarantee:

  • accuracy of AI text/visuals

  • error-free automations

  • identical output every time

  • uninterrupted workflows

  • campaign performance or ROI

Systems may break if platforms update or client-level access changes.

1.5 Liability Limit

We are not liable for:

  • financial loss

  • missed leads

  • campaign issues

  • downtime

  • data problems

  • platform failures

If liability applies, it is capped to the amount paid for that specific service.

1.6 System Uptime

We do not guarantee uninterrupted performance for:

  • websites

  • dashboards

  • automation flows

Maintenance — scheduled or unscheduled — may occur anytime.

1.7 Updates

Disclaimer may be updated anytime.
Using the site = accepting all updates.

SECTION 2 — PRIVACY POLICY

2.1 Data We Collect

Personal Data:
Name, email, phone, business details, onboarding information.

Technical Data:
IP, browser/device details, usage logs, dashboard interactions, automation activity.

2.2 How We Use Your Data

We use data to:

  • deliver services

  • configure automations

  • customise dashboards

  • improve system performance

  • communicate with you

Anonymised patterns may be used to improve internal AI models & workflows.

2.3 Data Sharing

SECTION 3 — TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1 What These Terms Cover

All Hammered Junction services:

  • brand storytelling

  • digital content

  • AI automation

  • dashboards & custom apps

  • strategy consulting

Using our services means you fully accept these Terms.

3.2 Pricing

  • All prices exclude GST.

  • Prices may change anytime.

  • New modules/add-ons are billed separately.

  • Ad costs/platform charges are paid by the client.

3.3 Payments

  • 50% non-refundable advance for one-time projects.

  • Monthly plans auto-renew unless cancelled 7 days earlier.

  • Work pauses on late payments.

  • Pauses do not extend deadlines.

  • No refunds under any circumstance.

3.4 AI Credits

Each system includes ₹5,000 AI credits (valid 12 months).
Billing starts once credits are used/exhausted.
Unused credits cannot be refunded.

3.5 Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clean access to:

  • Meta & Google accounts

  • WhatsApp Cloud API

  • CRMs

  • Hosting/domain

  • API keys

Delays shift timelines automatically.

3.6 Performance

We do not guarantee:

  • ROI

  • conversions

  • lead quality

  • ad approvals

  • account stability

  • API uptime

We build systems. Results depend on variables we do not control.

3.7 Revisions

Only the included revisions apply.
Any extra design/module/automation/script request is billable.

3.8 Refunds

Strictly no refunds for:

  • digital work

  • dashboards

  • automations

  • content

  • unused deliverables

  • client-caused delays

No exceptions.

3.9 Timelines

Based on:

  • client inputs

  • approvals

  • platform/API behaviour

Delays caused by client or platforms extend timelines automatically.

3.10 Maintenance

Annual maintenance includes:

  • minor fixes

  • script stabilisation

  • compatibility updates

New modules or redesigns are billed separately.
Support hours: Mon–Sat, 11 AM–6 PM IST.

3.11 Ownership

Client owns:

  • leads

  • data

  • exported dashboards

  • final content

Hammered Junction owns:

  • Hammercore logic

  • automation architecture

  • prompts, scripts, modules

  • internal frameworks

These cannot be copied, resold, or reverse-engineered.

3.12 Prohibited Use

Prohibited:

  • tampering with dashboards

  • copying internal systems

  • unauthorised access

  • reverse engineering

  • abusive behaviour

Violations may lead to immediate termination.

3.13 Governing Law

All terms follow Indian law.
Disputes fall under courts in Uttar Pradesh.
